We have been successful in getting the Environment Agency to change their flood zone classifications of sites on behalf of our clients. This can have a massive impact on a development sites profitability.
We prepare all our FRAs in accordance with PPS 25 and liaise heavily with the Environment Agency to ensure the planning process is as streamlined for our clients as is possible.
