Goats On The Roof M Design undertook all the detailed design work to get building regulation approval for the rare breeds centre at Fontburn. Including site investigation, foundation design, structural design and all aspects of the architectural design work M Design were very proud to work on this great scheme.
Blyth Community College Design of 3G hockey and football pitch at Blyth Community College. The scheme involved various feasibility options before taking the final choice through to detailed design. Detailed design included pitch specification and details, drainage details, sub-base and pitch markings. See the pdf for more information.
Shotley Bridge Cricket Club M Design were successful in getting the Environment Agency to actually amend their flood plans following this complicated flood risk assessment. The site was complicated by a reservoir in the catchment so the hydrology side of things was interesting. The site was fully modeled using HEC RAS to the satisfaction of the Environment Agency (and our client!)
