Ryton New Build Dwelling
This was ideal project for M Design (and our client!) as we were able to design every aspect of the proposed property.
We obtained planning permission, building regulation approval and completed structural design on a raft foundation, retaining walls and various steel, timber and masonry elements. To improve the prospects of selling the property we prepared a large 3D visualisation image to advertise the property.
